Ingredients
3 cup flour , sifted and measure after sifting
2 cup Splenda , or sugar or blend
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
6 tbsp cocoa, unsweetened
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cup lukewarm water
2 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup sour cream
nuts, optional
frosting, optional
Preparation
Mix dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Add canola oil, lukewarm water, vanilla and sour cream.
Mix well and pour in greased 9x14-inch cake pan or bundt cake pan and bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees. Frost if desired.
