Ingredients

14ozgreen beans

14ozyellow beans

14ozred kidney beans

14ozlima beans

½cupgreen pepper,thinly sliced

¾cupwhite onion,thinly sliced

¾cupcelery,chopped

½cupwhite vinegar

½cupvegetable oil

⅔cupwhite sugar

1tspsalt

½tsppepper

1tspcelery seeds

Preparation

Drain all of the beans well. Combine beans, green pepper, celery, and onion in a bowl.

Heat all dressing ingredients in a small saucepan until sugar is dissolved and the mixture is hot.

Pour the hot dressing mixture over the beans and toss to coat. Refrigerate overnight.
