Ingredients

2chicken breasts

ground black pepper,to taste

ground cumin,to taste

½onion,sliced

½cancherry tomato

⅖cupwater

½canchickpeas,drained, washed

1zucchini,(courgette)

1tbspharissa paste

1tsphoney

Preparation

Season the chicken with pepper and cumin powder to taste.

On medium-low heat, cook the chicken in oil with the onion for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring and turning occasionally.

Add the cherry tomatoes, water, chickpeas, harissa paste, honey, and zucchini.

Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce slightly thickens.
