Ingredients
5ozalbacore tuna,(1 can), in water, drained
¼cupcarrots,minced
¼cupcelery,minced
1tbspred onion,minced
1tbspHellman’s Light mayonnaise,or greek yogurt
1tspred wine vinegar
salt and pepper,to taste
3multi-grain bread slices,toasted
6tomato slices,thin
3romaine lettuce leaves
½medium haas avocado,thinly sliced
½ozalfalfa sprouts
Preparation
Combine the tuna with the minced carrots, celery, red onion, mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Place the lettuce on toasted bread, then top with tomato, tuna, avocado and alfalfa sprouts.
