Ingredients

1egg

¼cuppanko breadcrumbs

¾cuporange marmalade

¼cuprice vinegar

1tspsesame oil

1garlic clove,minced

1tspginger,minced

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 475 degrees F.

In a bowl, combine the ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, ginger, green onion, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until incorporated.

Using hands or a spoon, roll a bit of the meat mixture in between hands until a meatball is formed.

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Next to the meatballs, spread assorted veggies and lightly with drizzle oil, salt, and pepper.

Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through and vegetables are soft.

In a microwave-safe bowl, add the orange marmalade, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper. Stir the orange sauce until well combined.

Microwave for about 1 minute, stirring at 30 seconds.

Put the vegetables and meatballs over a bowl of rice and pour the sauce as desired. Enjoy!
