Ingredients
1cupsugar,granulated
1cuporange juice
16ozfresh cranberries
½cupwalnuts
1tbsplemon peel,grated
Preparation
Add sugar and orange juice to a stockpot and bring to a boil.
When sugar has melted, turn heat down to a gentle boil.
Add cranberries and simmer for 15 minutes, until cranberries pop.
Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
Top with grated lemon peel and walnuts.
