Ingredients
5 large sweet potato
2 tbsp shortening
3 tbsp kosher salt
3 tbsp butter, softened
3 tbsp honey
1 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Rub outside of potato with shortening and sprinkle with kosher salt.
Bake the potatoes at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes (until soft). Use a baking sheet.
Split the potato. Whip together butter and honey in a small bowl and put inside.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
