Ingredients
16 oz sweet potatoes, (2 large pcs), cut into wedges
1 tsp salt
½ tsp cayenne pepper
⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Mix together salt, cayenne pepper, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
Combine the sweet potatoes and oil in a mixing bowl. Toss to coat.
Season the potatoes with the spice mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Transfer these to a baking sheet and arrange.
Place potatoes in the oven for 40 minutes, flipping them once, until golden brown and tender.
Serve hot with preferred dipping sauce and garnish with ½ tablespoon of parsley.
