Ingredients
6½cupscauliflower florets,(1 large), cut small, uncooked
3garlic cloves,chopped
2tbspolive oil
kosher salt and fresh pepper
¼lemon juice
2tbspParmigiano Reggiano,freshly grated
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
Combine the cauliflower, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper well to coat.
Place in a large shallow roasting pan, then place the pan in the center of the oven.
Roast for about 25 to 35 minutes, turning the florets occasionally to evenly cook.
Remove from oven, then top with cheese, some lemon zest, and additional salt and pepper. Serve, and enjoy!
