Ingredients 15ozgarbanzo beans,(1 can), drained ¼cuparugula,packed ¼cuptahini ¼cuplemon juice 2garlic cloves 2tbspolive oil salt and ground black pepper,to taste Preparation Place the garbanzo beans, arugula, tahini, lemon juice, and garlic in a food processor, then pulse until the garbanzo beans are chopped.
