Ingredients
4chicken breasts,boneless skinless
8asparagus spears
¾cupmozzarella cheese
¼cupparmesan cheese,grated
olive oil
lemon pepper
Preparation
Prepare asparagus by washing and trimming off ends.
Without cutting all the way through, cut chicken breasts on the side long-ways.
Stuff each breast with cheese and 2 spears. Rub a little olive oil on the top of each breast and sprinkle with lemon pepper and Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees F for about 25 to 30 minutes.
