Ingredients
2½lbchicken wings,separated at joints, tips discarded
1tbspvegetable oil
¼tspwhite pepper
1tbspblack pepper,freshly ground
1½tbspcoriander,ground
1tbsppaprika,smoked
1pinchcayenne pepper
2tspkosher salt
2tspall-purpose flour
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicon mat.
Combine the chicken wings, vegetable oil, white pepper, black pepper, coriander, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt in a large mixing bowl; toss with a spatula to coat evenly. Sprinkle with flour; toss again to coat evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until browned on top.
Turn the wings and return to oven to bake for about 20 more minutes or until crisp, no longer pink in the center, and the juices run clear. Remove immediately to a serving dish.
