Ingredients
8fresh peaches,peeled, pitted, and diced
½cupyellow cherry tomatoes,quartered
¼red onion,chopped
2tbspfresh cilantro,chopped
½jalapeno pepper,seeded, membranes discarded, chopped
¼tspground cardamom
1lime,juiced
1tbsplemon juice,fresh
10small flour tortillas,cut into 8 wedges
¼cupbutter,melted
2tbspcinnamon sugar
Preparation
Mix the peaches, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and jalapeno pepper together in a bowl, then sprinkle with cardamom.
Drizzle the lime juice and lemon juice over the salsa, then toss to coat.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Brush the tortilla wedges with melted butter, then sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar. Arrange the coated wedges on a baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until the chips are crisp.
Serve chips alongside peach salsa, and enjoy!
