Ingredients

½cuppeanut butter

⅓cupunsalted butter,softened

⅔cupwhite sugar

½cupbrown sugar,packed

2largeeggs

1tspvanilla extract

1cupflour

1tspbaking powder

¼tspsalt

⅓cupstrawberry jam

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and spray an 8×8-inch pan with baking spray.

In stand mixer, mix together peanut butter, butter and sugar on medium speed for 2 to 3 minutes, until fluffy.

Add in the brown sugar, eggs and vanilla until creamy.

Lower speed to low, then add in flour, baking powder and salt until just combined.

Spread mixture evenly into baking pan.

Spoon in small dollops the strawberry jam onto the batter and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
