Ingredients
2cupspeanut butter,creamy or chunky
½cupbutter
2cupspowdered sugar
2cupsRice Krispies cereal
⅓cupgraham crumbs
2cupschocolate chips,semisweet
1tbspcoconut oil
Preparation
Combine peanut butter and butter in a saucepan and melt over medium heat.
Stir in powdered sugar, Rice Krispies, and graham crumbs.
Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Melt chocolate chips at 50 percent power in the microwave until almost smooth. Stir in coconut oil.
Dip peanut butter balls into the chocolate mixture allowing excess to drip off. Place on a parchment-lined pan and cool completely.
