¾cupunsalted butter,melted

2¼cupswhite sugar

¾cupunsweetened cocoa powder

1¼cupsall-purpose flour

¾cupdark chocolate chips

½cupvegetable oil

1cupsugar

½cupcreamy peanut butter

2cupsflour

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease or use baking spray on a 9×13-inch baking pan.

In a large bowl, add the melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla, then whisk together until well combined.

Add the cocoa powder and salt to the bowl, then mix well.

Add in the flour and chocolate chips, then mix until just combined.

Using a spatula, pour the batter into the bottom of the pan, then spread.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

Add the vegetable oil, sugar, egg, vanilla, and peanut butter to a bowl, then whisk well for about 1 minute.

Add the flour, baking soda, and salt, then whisk until combined.

Using a large spoon or hands, drop chunks of peanut butter cookie dough gently over the brownie layer.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the dough is just set and not jiggly.

Cool completely before cutting, serve, and enjoy!
