Ingredients
6ozBaker’s White Chocolate
½cupPLANTERS Creamy Peanut Butter
⅓cupwater
3⅖ozJELL-O Butterscotch Instant Pudding,(1 package)
3cupspowdered sugar
6tbspPLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts,chopped
Preparation
Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Microwave the the white chocolate, peanut butter, and water in a large microwaveable bowl on High for 2 minutes.
Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is well blended.
Add the dry pudding mix and stir with a whisk for 2 minutes. Gradually stir in the sugar, then press the mixture onto the bottom of the prepared pan. Top with nuts, then press gently into the fudge to secure.
Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Use foil handles to lift fudge from the pan before cutting into pieces.
