Ingredients
2tbsppineapple in juice,crushed
¼cupcream cheese,low fat
2slicespumpernickel bread
Preparation
Combine the pineapple and cream cheese in the small mixing bowl with the fork.
Use the table knife to spread some of the filling on a bread slice, roll it up lengthwise, and cut the roll into rounds with the knife on the cutting board. Secure each round with a toothpick.
Do the same thing with the rest of the bread and filling.
Serve and enjoy!
