Ingredients
1 large white cake mix, 2 layer size
3 ½ oz pistachio flavor instant pudding
½ cup oil
3 tbsp water
2 eggs
½ cup pistachios, chopped
½ cup flaked coconut
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and blend well.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto greased baking sheets.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes or till lightly browned around the edges.
