Ingredients
1lbstrawberries
6cupslettuce leaveswashed
¾cupquinoacooked
¼cupdried cranberries
3green onions
⅓cuppistachiosroasted
⅓cupfeta cheesecrumbled
¼cupcider vinegar
3tbspmaple syrup
2tbspdijon mustard
½tspfresh basilchopped
¼tspgarlic powder
½tspsalt
½tsppepper
½cupvegetable oil
Preparation
Combine the cider vinegar, maple syrup, mustard, basil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and oil in a jar with a tight fitting lid.
Shake well and refrigerate.
Add the strawberries, lettuce, quinoa, cranberries, green onions, pistachios, and feta cheese to a large bowl.
Drizzle with dressing and toss well.
Serve, and enjoy!
