Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil

2 lb polish kielbasa

1 yellow onion, chopped

1 head cabbage, chopped

2 tsp sugar

3 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Preparation

In a saucepan, heat the olive oil on medium heat.

Slice the polish kielbasa in half lengthwise. Place it in the skillet.

Add in the remaining ingredients and let everything simmer together.

Serve with mustard and enjoy.
