⅓cupextra-virgin olive oil
⅓cuppomegranate juice
¼cupred wine vinegar
2tbsphoney,or maple syrup, to taste
2tspdijon mustard
1cuppoppy seeds,optional
pinchsalt
black pepper,freshly-cracked
Preparation
Whisk the olive oil, pomegranate juice, vinegar, honey, mustard, poppy seeds, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl until evenly combined. Taste and season with extra salt and pepper if needed.
