Ingredients

5cupspotatoes,peeled and diced

1cuponion,diced

¾cupcelery,diced

¾cupcarrot,diced

2tspsalt,or to taste

½tspground black pepper,or to taste

4cupswater

1½cupsham,diced

10¾ozcondensed cream of celery soup,(2 cans)

1cupheavy cream

Preparation

Bring the potatoes, onion, celery, carrot, salt, pepper, and water to a boil in a large pot.

Cook for about 15 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Add the ham, cream of celery soup, and heavy cream; then return to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes.

Adjust the seasoning as needed, serve warm, and enjoy!
