Ingredients

3/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated

1/3 cup skim milk

8 potatoes, peeled and chopped

3 carrots, chopped

2 tbsp. basil, minced

1/3 cup peas

4 trout fillets

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Combine cheddar cheese and skim milk in a large bowl. Whisk thoroughly.

Place all vegetables and fish in a greased baking dish.

Season ingredients with salt and pepper.

Pour cheddar mixture over fish and vegetables.

Place in the oven for 45 minutes. Serve.
