Ingredients

15ozmini twist pretzels

2cupsmixed nuts

1cupunsalted butter

2cupsdark brown sugar,packed

½cuplight corn syrup

pinchsalt

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F.

In a 9×13-inch baking dish, combine the pretzels and nuts. Set aside.

In a large saucepan, combine the butter, sugar, corn syrup, and salt. Stir together over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.

Bring to a boil and cook until very thick and at the ‘firm ball’ stage of 260 degrees F.

Remove from heat, then pour over the pretzel/nut mixture, then mix together.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes. Remove from oven and spread out on wax paper to cool.

Serve and enjoy!
