Ingredients
4 egg whites
¼ cup sugar
½ tbsp lemon juice
1 ½ cups prune juice
Preparation
Add sugar to prune puree and cook 5 minutes.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add prune mixture gradually.
Add lemon juice.
Pour into buttered pudding dish and bake 30 minutes in slow 325-degree F oven.
Serve cold.
