Ingredients
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup peanut oil
3 large eggs
2/3 cup milk
3 cup pumpkin
2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup cake mix
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup margarine
Preparation
Take one large box of cake mix and remove 1 C. of mix and set aside.
Mix together margarin, egg and remaining cake mix in a large bowl. Press down in cake pan.
Next, mix 2 eggs, milk, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice and brown sugar. Mix well and pour over mixture in cake pan.
Topping: mix together 1 C. cake mix set aside, 1/2 C. sugar cinnamon and 1/4 C. margarine. Mix until forms course crumbs.
Sprinkle over top of 2nd mix and bake at 350°F for 45-50 minutes.
