Ingredients
1cupalmond milkpreferably original
½cuppumpkin pureecold
1bananasmall, frozen well ripened
¼cupquick oats
1ozcream cheeseregular or low-fat
¼tspground cinnamon
1pinchground nutmeg
1pinchground ginger
1tbspgraham crackerscrushed or graham pie crust, optional
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a blender except graham crackers if using.
Cover and blend until well pureed then serve topped with crushed graham crackers if desired.
