Ingredients

15ozchickpeas,1 can, drained

½cuppumpkin,canned

3Medjool dates,pitted

3tbspmaple syrup

2tbspunsweetened peanut butter

1tbspfresh ginger,diced

1tbspmolasses

1tbspvanilla extract

1½tspground cinnamon

¼tspground cloves

¼tspground nutmeg

Preparation

Combine the chickpeas, pumpkin, dates, maple syrup, peanut butter, ginger, molasses, vanilla extract, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg in a food processor.

Process to a smooth paste for 2 to 3 minutes, scraping down sides as necessary.

Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.

Serve with desired sweet dippers, and enjoy!
