Ingredients
1cupmilk
⅓cuplight cream,such as half and half
1½tspsugar
3tbsppumpkin puree
½tsppumpkin pie spice
1cupstrong coffee,brewed, or 4 oz espresso
2ozbaileys,or hazelnut liquor, optional
whipped cream,for topping
caramel sauce,for topping
Preparation
Combine the milk, cream, sugar, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
Remove from the heat, then add coffee.
Divide the mixture between 2 mugs, then add the baileys.
Top with whipped cream, caramel sauce, and additional pumpkin pie spice.
Serve warm, and enjoy!
