Ingredients

1lbground beef

16ozsalsa,(1 jar)

15ozkidney beans,(1 can), rinsed, drained

½lbelbow macaroni,cooked

1cupcheddar cheese,shredded

Preparation

Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 5 to 7 minutes. Drain the grease.

Add the salsa and kidney beans to the skillet. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, then simmer for 5 minutes.

Stir in the cooked macaroni and Cheddar cheese. Cook for about 5 minutes until heated through.

Serve and enjoy.
