Ingredients

1½cupsapple juice

1banana

1½cupsfrozen raspberries

¾cupvanilla Greek yogurt

1tbsphoney

fresh raspberries and mint sprigsfor garnish, optional

Preparation

Place the apple juice, banana, raspberries, yogurt, and honey into a blender.

Blend until smooth.

Pour into 2 glasses and serve, topped with raspberries and mint sprigs if desired.
