Ingredients

1 cup red wine

⅔ cup olive oil, Extra-virgin

⅓ cup balsamic vinegar

⅓ cup Worcestershire sauce

2 tsp rosemary, fresh, (chopped and mixed with oregano)

1 tsp oregano, fresh

4 garlic cloves, crushed

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl and whisk until evenly incorporated.

Place your desired meat in the bowl and chill for hours or overnight to marinate the meat.
