Ingredients
2 cups rhubarb
1 ½ tbsp flour
2 cups sugar
pinch salt
4 eggs
¼ cup buttermilk
½ cup orange juice
1 pie shell, unbaked
Preparation
Cut up rhubarb into ½-inch pieces.
Mix together flour, sugar, salt, eggs, buttermilk and orange juice.
Add rhubarb and pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake for 1 hour.
Top with ice cream, if you’d like.
