Ingredients
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
2 ½ cups rhubarb, frozen, chopped
2 ½ cups raspberries, frozen
1/4 tsp. lemon zest
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 bananas, peeled and broken into pieces
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
