Ingredients
2 eggs
2 cups milk
1 cup rice, cooked
½ cup brown sugar
½ tsp salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Beat together eggs and milk.
Mix with cooked rice, brown sugar, and salt.
Pour into a greased mold and put the mold in a pot with warm water.
Put in oven for 1 hour or until the cream is cooked.
