Ingredients
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp beef bouillon powder
2 cups water, cold
parsley, chopped
Preparation
In a small saucepan combine cornstarch, beef stock, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and cold water.
Bring to a boil over medium heat; boil for 1 minute until thickened, stirring constantly.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
