Ingredients

4cupssweet potatoes,mashed

1cupwhite sugar

2eggs,beaten

½cupmilk

½tspsalt

⅓cupbutter,melted

1tspvanilla extract

1cupbrown sugar,packed

½cupall purpose flour

⅓cupbutter,melted

1cuppecans,chopped

Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine the sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk, salt, butter, and vanilla. Mix together and pour into a greased 13×9-inch baking dish.

Combine in a separate bowl the brown sugar, flour, melted butter, and pecans. Mix together and crumble over the sweet potato mixture.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 35 to 45 minutes.

Serve warm and enjoy.
