Ingredients

4cupsbroccoli florets

4cupscauliflower florets,bite sized

2tbspolive oil

1garlic clove,minced

½cupfresh Parmesan cheese,shredded

salt and pepper,to taste

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

Wash the broccoli and cauliflower. Dry thoroughly.

Toss with the olive oil and garlic in a large bowl.. Add the cheese and using hands, massage the cheese into the crevices of the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Roast for 10 minutes, then stir and roast for an additional 5 for 10 minutes or until the vegetables are tender crisp.

Serve warm, and enjoy!
