Ingredients
1bunchasparagus
2tbspolive oil
½lemon juice
2tbsphoney
3garlic cloves,minced
salt and pepper
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Break off the ends of asparagus.
In a large bowl, add the asparagus.
In a small bowl, whisk in the olive oil, lemon, honey, garlic. Pour over the asparagus and toss to coat.
Lay in a single layer on a baking sheet. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Roast for about 10 minutes, more or less depending on the size of the asparagus.
Serve warm, and enjoy!
