Ingredients

12graham crackers,full rectangles

2cupsflour

1cupbrown sugar

⅓cupunsweetened cocoa powder

1tspbaking powder

1tspbaking soda

¼tspsalt

1cupbuttermilk

⅓cupvegetable oil

2large eggs

1tspvanilla extract

⅓cupsemisweet chocolate chips

10ozjumbo marshmallows,(1 bag)

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9×13-inch baking pan with baking spray.

Line the bottom of a prepared baking pan with graham crackers.

In a large bowl, sift together flour, brown sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Add the buttermilk, oil, eggs, and vanilla, then whisk until just combined.

Pour cake batter gently over the graham crackers in the pan.

Bake for about 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Place the marshmallows evenly over the top of the cake very carefully.

Return cake to oven, and broil for about 30 to 45 minutes until marshmallows are just golden brown. Remove from oven and cool.

Microwave individual slices for about 15 to 20 seconds, serve, and enjoy!
