Ingredients
1cupsalted butter,2 sticks, room temperature
½cupsugar
1tspvanilla
1½cupsflour
1cuppotato chip,finely crushed
25caramel candies
¼cupheavy cream
½tspcoarse sea salt,to taste
Preparation
In a bowl, mix butter, and sugar until very fluffy for about 10 minutes.
Add vanilla and half of the flour and mix. Add the rest of the flour and mix thoroughly.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Stir in potato chips, and roll dough into 1-inch balls.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until the edges turn brown.
In a saucepan, melt the caramels with the heavy cream.
Drizzle over cookies, and immediately top with coarse sea salt.
