Ingredients
½cupchocolate chips,semi sweet, (85 g)
⅛cupoats,steel cut, (30 g)
2tbspbrown sugar
1pinchcinnamon
1½tspsalt
½tbspbutter,salted
Preparation
Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler.
Spread half of the melted chips on parchment paper.
Place the oats over medium-high heat with sugar, cinnamon, butter, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Let the mixture cook, stirring constantly until the oats are crunchy.
Let the oats cool for 3 minutes then place the oats evenly on top of the melted chocolate. Coat with the remaining chocolate.
Top with the remaining salt and place in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Remove from the fridge, cut, and serve.
