⅓cupmayonnaise
⅓cupsour cream
¼cupfresh lemon juice
1lbcod fillets
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a mixing bowl, combine butter, mayonnaise, sour cream and lemon juice.
Place cod fillets in an 8×8-inch baking dish. Pour mayonnaise mixture over fish.
Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serve warm and enjoy.
