Ingredients
½ lb stew meat
32 oz sauerkraut
32 oz tomatoes with hot peppers
1 medium onion
1 lb okra, fresh or frozen
black pepper , to taste
salt , sauerkraut has salt so be careful, to taste
hot pepper sauce , to taste
Creole seasoning , to taste
oregano , to taste
Preparation
Cut meat into bite sizes.
Chop onion into medium sizes.
Put in a slow cooker.
Add sauerkraut and okra.
Add tomatoes (can be diced, whole, etc. depending on your preference), add spices and stir all ingredients together.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Serve over pasta or rice or by itself.
