Ingredients
¼cupall purpose flour
½tspkosher salt
½tspgarlic powder
½tsponion powder
½tspblack pepper
12ozbreakfast sausage,casings removed
2tbspunsalted butter
2½cupswhole milk
½cupwhipping cream
1containerPillsbury Grand Biscuits
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and spray a 9×13-inch pan with cooking spray and set aside. In a small bowl whisk together flour, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
In a medium sized skillet add the sausage and cook and crumble until no longer pink. Add the butter and flour mixture and stir until coated.
Slowly add the milk, and whipping cream. Let simmer until it has thickened. Pour it into the bottom of the prepared pan. Add the biscuits on top.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
