2cupsall purpose flour

2tspbaking powder

1tspkosher salt

10tbspunsalted butter,cold

¾cupwhole milk

¼cupGreat Value® Organic Raw Honey

9ozTBJ® Classic Uncured Bacon Jam

12largeeggs,soft-boiled

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Using your hands or a pastry cutter, work the butter into the dry ingredients until the butter breaks down to pea-sized pieces.

Add the milk and fold with a rubber spatula until fully incorporated and the dough comes together in a ball.

Scoop the dough into 12 portions onto the prepared baking sheet. Brush each biscuit with honey.

Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.

Serve the biscuits with bacon jam and soft-boiled eggs.
