Ingredients
8ozcream cheesesoftened
1cupsharp white cheddar cheesefinely shredded
¼cuplight mayonnaise
¼cup plain Greek yogurt
1tbspfresh lemon juice
McCormick Guacamole Seasoning Mix1 package
2tbspmilkas needed
4ozsalmonsmoked, skin and bones removed, flaked
2tbspgreen onionschopped, plus more for topping
Preparation
In a mixing bowl using an electric hand mixer, whip cream cheese until light and fluffy.
Add cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice and seasoning mix then blend to combine.
Mix in enough milk to reach desired consistency.
Fold in salmon and green onions.
Garnish with more green onions, serve with crackers or crusty baguette slices, and enjoy!
