Ingredients
1½cupsbrown rice
½tspsalt,or to taste
¼cupbutter
2¾cupsboiling water
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish with a lid.
Cover and bake for 60 to 70 minutes, or until rice is fully cooked.
Rest 5 minutes, fluff, and serve.
