Ingredients

1 box taquitos, frozen

2 cans enchilada sauce, small, hot or mild

1 cup cheddar cheese , or 3-Mexican cheese, shredded

olives

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a 13x9-inch glass baking dish, place the taquitos and pour the sauce over them.

Sprinkle the cheese on top.

Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until it becomes bubbly.

Garnish with olives.
